	Denise Currie, CCIM Principal Contact Information Denise is a long standing member and past President of the local CCIM Chapter. Denise specializes in office leasing and investment sales, and is celebrated for her innate ability to complete complex commercial real estate transactions.

	Derrick Jensen Sales & Leasing Contact Information Derrick has a solid understanding of commercial real estate with a background in Property Management. Derrick joined Suntide in 2007, and he specializes in retail leasing and tenant representation.

	Barb Schuba, CPM Senior Property Manager & Accountant Contact Information Since 2000, Barb has been an integral part of the Suntide Management and Accounting departments. As a Certified Property Manager, Barb oversees the management of nearly 1.7 million square feet.

	Barbara Hofmeister Property Management Contact Information Barb's primarily responsibility at Suntide is to manage the 350,000 sf Court International Building in St. Paul, MN. She is also in charge of the companies' IT needs.

	Bonnie DeGidio Property Management Contact Information With the acquisition of the Broadway Corporate Center in 2007, Bonnie became a member of the Suntide team. Bonnie is responsible for the management of a three-office-complex here in the Twin Cities including Broadway East, Browadway West, and Broadway Ridge.

	Julie Stanke Property Management Contact Information Julie joined the Suntide team in 2008 and brought with her years of retail management and customer service skill and experience. Julie is passionate about reducing costs for our owners, and recently teamed up with our in-house building engineer to facilitate energy reductions which earned the Court International Building in St. Paul, MN the prestigious ENERGY STAR Building Award for 2009.

	Sherri Rislov Property Management Contact Information Sherri is a familiar face to many tenants and service providers. Since 2007, Sherri has overseen the maintenance at several third party properties.

	Rachel Rose Marketing & Office Support Contact Information Rachel has been with Suntide since 2004. She is the life blood in the Sales & Leasing department as she develops all of the marketing materials and assists in lease preparations. Rachel has been equally instrumental in growing the Retail Brokers Network organization.

	Cathy Holthaus Office Support With a background in residential real estate and small business ownership, Cathy brought a multitude of talents to Suntide in 2007. Those talents are instrumental to the company in numerous ways.

	Jan Dupre Office Support Jan carries the distinction of being the most-recognized face and voice of Suntide. Jan has been here to greet visitors and callers with enthusiasm for more than ten years.

	Jocelyn Decorah Accounting Jocelyn is instrumental in providing support to the Accounting department here at Suntide. Jocelyn joined the Suntide Team in 2004 as receptionist, and has been advancing ever since through her strong work ethic and commitment to success.

	Yvonne Fox Accounting Yvonne is our newest Suntide Team member, and joined us in 2008 with a heavy background in the financial-services industry. Yvonne has been a great addition to the Suntide Team.

	Max Currie Building Maintenance Growing up in a family with decades if not generations of real estate experience has placed Max years ahead of many of his peers. Max oversees the building maintenance staff of all third party properties in the Twin Cities Metro.
