Stephen Dombrovski, CSM, CMD Stephen's primary responsibility is the growth of Suntide. He directs the Leasing & Sales team. Steve also oversees various retail and commercial developments and redevelopments. |

Timothy Igo Tim has been a member of the Suntide Sales & Leasing team since 1998, and has over 35 years of divirsified commercial real estate experience including: site acquisition, franchising, investment sales including hotels & motels, retail and office leasing, and tenant representation. Jodi Walfoort Jodi began her real estate career with Suntide in 2005 after a decade in the IT field. Jodi has earned numerous awards and certificates from employers and clients alike in appreciation for her commitment and creative problem solving abilities. |

Nancy Murdakes Brown Nancy came to Suntide in 1999 and specializes in representing Landlords who own community shopping centers. Nancy understands the needs and requirements of both Landlords and Tenants, and is well versed in lease negotiations. |

Derrick Jensen Derrick has a solid understanding of commercial real estate with a background in Property Management. Derrick joined Suntide in 2007, and he specializes in retail leasing and tenant representation. |

Barb Schuba, CPM Since 2000, Barb has been an integral part of the Suntide Management and Accounting departments. As a Certified Property Manager, Barb oversees the management of nearly 1.7 million square feet. She is also the executive officer holding Suntide's AMO certification. |

Barbara Hofmeister Barb's primarily responsibility at Suntide is to manage the 350,000 sf Court International Building in St. Paul, MN. She is also in charge of the companies' IT needs. |

Julie Stanke Julie joined the Suntide team in 2008 and manages the Broadway Corporate Trio buildings on site in Minneapolis. Julie recently teamed up with our in-house building engineer to facilitate energy reductions which earned the Court International Building in St. Paul, MN the prestigious ENERGY STAR Building Award for 2009. |

Sherri Rislov Since 2007, Sherri has been "on site" to oversee the maintenance, tenant relations, and vendor-serviced projects at several third party properties. Sherri brings knowledge from her Bachelor's in Financial Management and AA in Business Management seven days per week for Suntide. |

Jocelyn Decorah Jocelyn is instrumental in providing support to the Accounting and Property Management departments here at Suntide. Jocelyn joined Suntide in 2004 as a receptionist, and has been advancing ever since due to her strong work ethic and excellent customer service skills. |

Rachel Rose Rachel has been with Suntide since 2004. She develops all of the marketing materials and assists in lease preparations and site selection. Rachel has been equally instrumental in growing the Retail Brokers Network (RBN) organization and serving on numerous committees. |

Cathy Holthaus With a background in residential real estate and small business ownership, Cathy brought a multitude of talents to Suntide in 2007. Those talents are instrumental to the company in numerous ways. |

Yvonne Fox Yvonne joined us in 2008 with an AAS in Accounting and a heavy background in the financial-services industry. She processes the accounting for our largest clients, a combination of 1.37 million+ square feet. Yvonne also heads up annual operating cost adjustments for all tenants in our portfolio, and performs straight line rent calculations. |

Max Currie Growing up in a family with decades if not generations of real estate experience has placed Max years ahead of many of his peers. Max oversees the building maintenance staff of all third party properties in the Twin Cities Metro. |
